My name is Sophy. I’ve studied innovation management & sustainability. I joined the ToM Accounting to support the onsite team in financial capacity building. The mission and approach to empowering women through skills and business training really resonates with me because I hold “agency” as a value dear to me. I look forward to lots of learning and unlearning myself, and having some fun as I get to know the team.
