Hi! I am Lucía and I study International Business in Marseille, France. At Taste of Malawi I am in the Human resources team, where I’m in charge of the structuring of our European team and of the recruitment of new team members. I give heart because it’s time to prioritise women and give them the rightful place they have in our society. This is why I fight for women’s empowerment; one of the keys for the development of our societies, not only at a political or economic level but also in terms of ethics and rights.
