Hi, I’m Sophie and am based in the Netherlands. I’m a Project Management and Administrative professional who is passionate about global politics, cultures and development. At Taste of Malawi, I’m part of the HR team and am currently revamping our onboarding process for maximum efficiency.  I love that I can contribute my administrative skills to supporting our team and broader social mission, while learning about how a social business functions. Taste of Malawi is a great way to create some positive social value while collaborating with great people.
