Human Resources

Hi! I am Anne and I support Taste of Malawi in the Human Resources Team. Our main tasks are the coordination of the volunteers coming to our project, as well as the recruitment of new members for the Offsite Team. Due to my studies in geography I have always discussed development cooperation critically. I appreciate this reflective attitude which I also find in the Taste of Malawi Team a lot and I enjoy working in such a motivated Team very much. The exchange of knowledge doesn’t stay one-sided, because mutual learning builds the core of the project!
