What better way to showcase the beautiful work done by our Tailor program students than by sharing it with the world on Etsy!!! After months of hard work, sweat, and tears; we would like to proudly present our Etsy shop!
As you can see from the pictures below, the products are absolutely gorgeous, and the best part is that they are all handmade by our students in Malawi!
It goes without saying that quality plays a large role in sustainability; attach attractive style to that and you have an irresistible product. The beautiful colors and fabric used by our tailoring students are eye-catching and jaw-dropping, to say the least. Not to mention, the quality is fantastic.
The fabric used for these products is the same fabric our students use to participate in our tailoring program. Knowing exactly how and where each item is made plays an integral part in sustainability and fair treatment. These beautiful products are made in the heart of Malawi, shipped to Germany, and sent directly to your doorstep! For example, this colorful make-up pouch is seen below!
Do you know how the employees who make your clothing items are treated? How would you rank the longevity of your clothes, from 1 (most likely damaged within a year) to 10 (most likely passing this top-down to my future kids?) Last but not least, would you prefer to have long-lasting, fashionable items that turn heads? If you answered yes to the last question and if employee treatment is important to you, you should check out our Etsy shop!
From the hearts of our tailor program students, right to your front door. A purchase of one of our handmade pieces on our Etsy shop, helps support our wonderful cause. Your purchase will help continue financing our tailor program in Malawi and might land you some compliments as well.
We are excited to have a new #FacesOfTom soon. Are you curious? If you have any questions for the Offsite team, we are always happy to include them in our interviews. Just drop us a line on our social media. See you soon!
