We as an NGO do not work alone. We see ourselves as an organization that always works together in a network. It is important for us to think outside the box, explore new things and to keep on learning. We have launched a brand, educated ourselves and strengthened our cooperation with MYLILY. Here’s a little insight.
INO ist eine Marke unseres Vereins Taste of Malawi e.V. In die Vorbereitung und in die Arbeit fließt INO is a brand of our association Taste of Malawi e.V.. A lot of energy and sweat blood flows into the preparation and the work. We have learned from the cooperation around ToM and have brought our new knowledge into INO. All steps of INO are done by volunteers as well as ToM, from website to logistics to fundraising. As a non-profit organization, ToM has set itself one goal:

We know that learning is not a completed process. It is important to us that we, as a project, continue to educate ourselves and learn from each other. We do not believe in standing still and are hungry for knowledge. In the context of meetings or thus our annual general meeting we educate ourselves further, we learn from each other. Taste of Malawi e.V. sees itself as a learning project.
Step by step, we approach new things and question different stages together. From time to time, we also gratefully accept external support, as we did, for example, in a Scrum workshop. With the help of this workshop, wibas GmbH supported us in dealing more intensively with agile working methods.
For MYLILY, the tailors of the project sew the MYLILY Period Bags. About 1,300 Period Bags have been sold by MYLILY in 2021. With every purchase of the hand-sewn unique pieces, you support the project in Malawi at the same time. MYLILY is an organic femcare start-up. Curious?
