Taste of Malawi e.V. is looking for support for the Human Resources team!

The main tasks for this exciting position are:

• Team coordination: find, onboard, and support new members for/from our organization
• Team building: elaborate methods to strengthen team spirit through digital volunteering
• intercultural connection point between our international offsite and our onsite team in Malawi

Helpful in completing these tasks would be:

• Sensitivity to cultural differences
• Experience in a related field of the above tasks OR interest in learning about it
• Fluency in English
• Motivation to work in a social project
